Hello Please Help me how to Change Rare Rate

please i need a right way to change Sox Drops nothing work
i tried to change in table _RefDropClassSel_RareEquip nothing work
whatever any number i do there no any effect at all
when i tried to change in _RefDropClassSel_Equip working as well
also elixir , magic stone or anything working as well
but sox not any effect was zero no sox
i dont know about Rarity number 1 . 2. 3 but when i changed to 3 too many of sox drops
just when i used query
