yes it's ready to execute. Just execute it.
20000 means 20 seconds countdown
so if u want to make it 30 seconds for example so put 30000 instead of 20000

don't forget to edit the client side (itemdata_0000)

They way you wrote your question I believe you want to modify the wait time before teleportation happens when using the said scroll.

For the normal (default) reverse scroll you have

_RefObjCommon.ID = 3795
_RefObjCommon.Link = 2145

Go to _RefObjItem WHERE ID = _RefObjCommon.Link

Find param1, for reverse default is 1000ms (= 1sec), change to whatever you want, modify in media.pk2 as well, restart, import/update and you are good to go.

Edit: The query from the previous post adds a cooldown to the item itself, if any other item has this param "COOLTIME:0x000000C8" they will be sharing cooldown as well.
