silkroad failed to connect to server c9

I use Google cloud dedicate server , and i get this silkroad failed to connect to server c9

when i try connect with my Laptop,

what should i do?

you must allow gateway/download/agent ports.
dedicate server must have a static ip

all ports was set it and the ip is static i was made it ..

anything else can i do?

u probably open wrong ports

can u share certificate srNodeData.ini and tell what ports u are open ??

C9 is a fire wall block..

Try to turn off the fire wall on the server to test it.

i'm having the same problem. Today every time i try to log in it says Failed to Connect to Server C9. when i try my other account it log in. please help me to solve the problem. new user too
