How to change the mob behavior ?!

for example [Ong] mob will attack u just because you are in range,
when [Blood Ong] wont attack you unless you start attacking it

so i tried to check RefObjCommon but i couldn't find it

maybe it's something on the RefNest or RefTactics or Hive idk really!

i will appreciate the answers, thanks in advance.
