Dc when i buy scroll

Hi guys i join this SP Scroll in NPC the problem is that when i try to buy it i got DC and then i login again and i dont have the item in my inventory i dont know why i got all fine, if i make it with Console i can use and work fine the problem is when i try to buy it from NPC.
