problem with title scroll

i have srcoll titles in my server working but to day try to change my title cannot change and i new account can't use it scroll used and title name not appeared .. sorry for my English

Check your itemloge procedure it will have an red line make this problem

at first check if your proc works properly or not, so check the HWAN level in the _Char
or you this query:

select CharName16, HwanLevel from _Char where CharName16 like 'enter your charname here'

if the result is the hwanlevel (number) which points to the title you wanted to use, then the issue is the incorrect textuisystem in your media pk2
otherwise your proc doesnt work properly so the number isnt changed
