i want do system Trade way From the area Petra about i have one problem
thief npc dont spwan in this area he working in town alex or samar or or. .. .

the hunters will not appears too, this can be fix through Region edit i guess, or Thief lines region edit
its all about regions...
that's all i knew
sorry i can't tell you what u should do, because i never tried.

is in regions but i dont remember exactly the correct table you can set in what regions you wanto to spawn Job Mobs

i think npc spawn in normal worldid = 1
Try change WorldID in _RefInstance_World_Region
