Problem with Sr_Proxy

as u see everything is good
but when i try to launch the game this happens

but if i close the Sr_Proxy it start working normally again, what did i do wrong or the Sr_Proxy is not working anymore ?!

excuse me its my second time i use filter..

nope, i even changed it to 100, but still the same error, i did save and restart "YES"
