Im getting stupid ip's for gateway and another managers

I set up all thing but cant open server. my ip is: 192.168.1.102 this applications getting 169.254.65.133
how can i fix this?

Because that is your public ip, did you changed server.cfg?

Yea yea. I changed all ip and sql for my pc.

i did it too. Also cant change gateway's, download manager's ip with Sr Patcher
