how can i remove this from the map and be allow to walk through it aswell not just hide it

About the fortress teleport, that's a map object, you'll need to play around with the objects if you want to edit it, there's a bunch of shared structures for SRO object types that you can check out if you'd like to.

Afair, CTF dungeon had these:
World ID 29
Region ID -32759
