Problem with Website files

i can setup any websitefiles from these list


except CMS since i couldn't install it,

my question is there's anyway to get helping setuping CMS, or help me with any good working website files, i dont care about the look, i just care about working or not working, i have finished my server, but i can't release it without a website, all i need is a fine website files, that not Awesome, but okey at least...

help me if u can, since i can't pay since i dont even own a credit card, so yo guys my only hope atm...
