NPC Thieves

Hello, I've been trying to copy Togui forgotten world and convert it to a trade route, I did everything but there's a little problem; npc thieves doesn't spawn, any ideas about that?

WorldID is 1

go to the NPC Thieves at RefObjCommon, and change the region to the FGW Region, that may fix ur problem...

Togui region has more than one regionid (its about 30)

maybe u should change the regions to 1 region, like any working region, Samarkand/Hotan/Down/etc
thas has NPC thieves appears

i didn't try that before, but it should work.
