Remove Red Stats Scroll problem!

i tried all the released scrolls, all of em remove the red stats YES, but it also remove the blue options... like STR, INT,etc...


but iam sure that i played a game once before, and they had a remove red stats scroll that work for only red stats, affect any blue option...


please share the producer if u have it, i will really appreciate that, if u see my old topics, i have been searching for this maybe for a year now....
