What is the safest website files to use ?

there's thousands of free websites that i can use to create my Private Silkroad Server Website, but as i heared that all of em are hackable wish means not safe at all, is there's any safe website files that i can use ? i just need it simple no special features required, register/download/home"news"/donate/ftw status

There's nothing fully protected, anything is always hack-able.

Just find/make your own website, make sure the code is legit, has no holes or opened doors, ensure Firewall ports, use an online web security protection like Cloudflare.

so what if i ask for good website to build on, is there's any recommended ?

i have downloaded it but i still can't use it, when i already used almost all the other websites but this one got no config.php file

please help...i need a website

Actually yes PServerCMS is the best free option available. However, it's recommended you install it in CentOS 7. KoKs wrote a bash

to do the magic. Just install a CentOS 7 on a machine and follow the steps in there, or you could just execute the following commands:
