Such "new feature" changes, like new payment devices besides of gold, silk, giftsilk, coins, etc. do require either an advanced addition via filters or a basic source code addition to the respective function.
We do have those "TID" stuff, which logically solves stuff like "is it a sword? yes. european or chinese? chinese - only chinese can wear it", and this section needs a new declaration.
