go to game files folder and go to service txt and behind event so ok make it 1 instead of 0

Hi, anyone can tell me how to disable 0 unique? Coz i cant find and its very nervousing... Always that 0 in blue... :/ Anyone can please tell me how to fix ctf and set ctf registation times?
