[HELP] 0 unique, ctf, and some media

Hi,
anyone can tell me how to disable 0 unique? Coz i cant find and its very nervousing... Always that 0 in blue... :/
Anyone can please tell me how to fix ctf and set ctf registation times? And if i would make a 80 cap server for example how i can edit the media to show "max" at lv80 skills? Also dont look like you can update the scill for example at lv 90?
