Problem with Angel's Spirit


hi guys i have the files for Angel's Spirit but i dont know how to add it to my server , i want to know how can i add it to my server to make it work just like Devil's Spirit Grade A, wish means 15% HP, MP, +10 max, no block rate thing..

i hope u guys can help me

give me an example for 1 and i will continue for the last two
