You want someone to return to town while using a
return scroll?
Why do you need to trigger a conditional behavior via a stored procedure?
Do you want them to teleport, e.g. strictly to Hotan, even if they have their reset point being set to Jangan or Alexandria?
Or do you simply want to update a character stat/skill or grant an item/etc. to those who use the scroll?
