problem with efp files

i have problem with godbless effect so i want to edit the look of it maybe i make it better or something, i tried to open it throw photoshop but didnt open so please help me to know how can i open EFP files and edit it,

thanks alot but not that what i meant, i meant how to change the look of it , wish means make the wings bigger or smaller or even change it with other thing like 1 wing or anything else, i want to edit the image not the color, but i realy appreciate what u offered man thanks alot , but tell me if u know something about what iam talking about...
