a mob dropped too much gold I guess reduce the gold rates

This is because mob limit, the game is trying to spawn more monsters than it can handle on one machine, when you spawn a horse in example, that's acts as a monster spawn too and grab pets / attack pets count as "monster" aswell.
You have to count all possible monster before adding the normal ones to the server.

Are you sure that's a problem caused by the mob spawns?

Too much exp i guess, check _RefLevel i'm pretty sure you putted '99999999999999' in one of the levels (people all the time do this for setup the max cap of the server and later this problem appear )

People can't use their minds nowadays? Ok try deleting levels in _RefLevel and putting a coherent number instead '999999999999' in the max level, and then update the current exp for each character.
