Cap 90 because chinese gets buffed. On Cap 80 europeans were released and are very imbalanced.

Balancing gets crappy beyond lv 110, due to Joymax have had messed up their excel multiplicator on their "drag and drop" technique.
If you want a more balanced gameplay, look for a server in a level range of 70 to 110, and also for one without too many "elite krallar" edits. Those freelancing people have no idea about the actual game and won't be able to assist you in any way properly, if you have any problems ingame.

To get back to the main questions. At the moment i cannot realy recommand any server.
This one is a cap100 server but still in beta. But the Thread they made looked pretty good and so far i think this could be a great success.. The only bad thing is they got a ton of auto events. a bit to much for me but might be a game changer to keep the people busy
