How to add texture to weapon?

I have a small problem, the legendary weapon is not adding texture it is the default, so how can i add texture to it?

Not ingame, for sure.

media.pk2\resinfo\itemrare.txt - that file handles the Seal Of **** effects.

And use the search engine next time. There are plenty of those "why no SoX effect" threads, amongst them many of them being solved.
