Are all D1 to D10 weapons called "Seal of Nova"?
If yes, check upon textuisystem.txt and search for these lines:

1 PARAM_RARE_THIRD Seal of Sun
The PARAM_RARE_FIRST's text might have been changed.
Other solution, if the one above is not the issue: Check for the ItemClass at _RefObjItem.
For example, the ItemClass of a D11 spear has the value "31", and I presume, every 3 steps (31, 34, 37, etc), will tag the items as "Seal of Nova."

Due to the ItemClass thing, I can only assume that those values are hard-coded, ergo not adjustable or expandable.
I didn't saw any file linking 1, 4, 7,... to the "Seal of Star" string.
So adding new ones won't work, I guess. And it mostly has to be client sided, since the numbers do also show which degree they are, but they don't affect the damage, critical and other values. So, totally a visual thing.

4, 5, 6 (same) = Degree 2
And so on.
