Haaaai ..

How can i made reborn scroll??

example : Reset Character from Level 100 to Level 1 and gives some gifts
, titles or ranking in game everyweek ,

anyone have idea about that>?

Teleport scroll,
stored procedure (recognizing a scroll usage, executes script, rewarding stuff, resetting stats, etc.),
a table to record max reborn if necessary,
applying item to the item mall,
done.

I don't know if someone has released it yet, but people have vaguely showed a part of the procedure, but nothing specific about how it really works.
For people not messing around with procedures won't be able achieving this easily, especially not knowing how to register item usage.
