The problem is you have to restart the server so update the ranking. It's not updated automatically..

Great. You are capable of executing the "_UpdateTriangleJobWeekly" procedure and that's it. Such wow much amaze. At least hint him towards your "fix", while you are at replying to his threads on different forums with that "do it yourself" nonsense.


OT: Your best bet would be using Transact-SQL and scheduling a simple process executing the procedure which I've mentioned above every 6 hours or every day, since you will only see the changes after a GS restart.
Or... you dig deep into your database and modules and accomplish a reliable updating schedule.
