Hellp SKill String Bow WIll (Error Arrow)

Hello !

When i use Skill Strong Bow Will I got Error Insufficient Arrows i check db and media line all is service 1 and all same at everywhere . where is the problem ? Thank you i wait answeer !

Seems like that you have either messed up the skill type, group, mastery arrangement or classification.
