That's pretty new to me, and I did start playing iSRO back then when the 70s cap was the limit...
PvP against Europeans is a must (1vs1 of course).

I started playing when I was level 80 only Chinese. So European in my mind is new school. But anyway pvp 1x1 between Chinese and European needs some work for balancing I believe.
Do you have something to suggest?

Well, a balancing in either case be it nerfing the Europeans with their overall defensive and offensive skills ain't just the solution, like buffing or even giving more passives to certain Chinese masteries won't help there pretty much.
Everyone tried to balance this stuff for ages. Me for my part, removing the armor limit for Europeans, adding decent STR/INT pre-requirements to snow shield Chinese sided and to diverse revive skills European sided, increasing potion cooldown for Chinese and the addition of a berserker mastery for Chinese made the difference in my server, back then.
It is up to you accomplishing your own sense of balancing.

Seems to make sense. But from my point of view what happens is that 1x1 European always has advantage
I thought about doing this:
- Add Pain Quota for ch mastery Bicheon, Heuksal e Pacheon.
- Add skill Healing Orb for ch mastery Force.
- Change cd Black Ress for 5min.
- Add passive skill 10% Phy/Mag Incress and Defense for ch mastery Bicheon, Heuksal e Pacheon.
- incress passive skill ch on 20% on all mastery.
- Snow shield will be necessary int for add.
what you think?

No seriously, without any unique ideas, it might fail instantly.
The best thing would be having the sources and doing real events, not those pseudo teleporting with bots and announcing "heavy fighting thingy battle royale" and seeing just 10 pvping each other in endless rounds without any order.
For example, Petra's dungeon, ever had the chance entering it on official servers? Its great, when it could be triggered in pSRO as it should be.
