How about actually learning and fixing them by following the tremendous amount of guides on the WWW? Every newb with a little sense of efficiency will archive that goal within months, weeks or even days and will receive a great satisfaction doing so.
And on the other hand, if you can't fix things on your own, then just leave it being like this, and don't open a pserver, please.
