Can't Create a new char Error(s1030) HELP
Hi, my dears i'm trying all, use a lot of procedures _AddNewChar and nothing fix the problem... this my error
im use this procedure and others but don't fix the problem

Get the full procedure from another shard database , if that querry is not working, there are lots of database released

Create new char error S1030 is a simple fix , this can only happen when you remove the abuse filter or any main parts of it , just replace the abuse filter with and working one and all will be fine .

I've cleaned SHARD and used a completely new _AddNewChar and restored the database a several times.

the error (S1030) its back! i cant create characters..
how can i fix it?
1) database is clean
2) tb.AddNewChar is fixed and working 100%
