Failure to create a character (S1030)

As the title says.
I've cleaned SHARD and used a completely new _AddNewChar and restored the database a several times.

Try another _Addnewchar cuz this who you use have some poblem or other things wo no load

This does only happen when you have disabled something, or using a faulty addnewchar procedure etc. Try checking SR_GameServer or SR_ShardManager for an error, it should have one there.
