CertificationServer Error ! Help :(
Hello Everybody..
I Got This Error 1000 Time I tried every every thing reput ip's download new one. delete all files and start new ,, new windows and start new,, Nothing Working Every time i open CertificationServer I Got This Error Please any help

i checked it 100 time everything is ok.. still have problem

cert is using your ipv4 address
and your local one
so open cmd -> ipconfig
and check your ipv4 address

Im getting error when i try to use my hamachi IP, i get unhandled exception: system.net.sockets.socketexception... . It works with 127.0.0.1 and my ipv4 adress, but i cant connect GlobalManager after:
server cord established : 1 (192.168.56.1:32000)
Can't connect to account DB
GlobalManager is initialized successfully

Error when trying open CertificationServer

I open CertificationServer file, then it open CustomCertificationServer and i get error, after 1 sec it shows the crash message (I took this photo before the crash message, so you'll see what the error is)
Help please?
(in the folder there is 1, 2, 3 files, i took from another guide, but i didn't use them this time)
