There is another Glut split level of that skill, which is totally bugging out the client.
It is somewhere inside the 30k skilldata file, which you obviously cannot alter without using the correct decrypting and encrypting (and no, those tools provided here ain't de-/encrypting those 15k to 30k files properly).
The only possible way fixing this is finding the respective string, setting it as [Service] = 0 and inserting it to the last load-ordered file (skilldata35000_enc.txt in this case).
Hint: Search for "SKILL_EU_CLERIC_BATTLEA_OVERHEAL_B", and you might figure out which skill is totally wrong.
