WRONG, there is a way
you have to modify a STRG_ procedure and do a check if the item is a start item
if so, try to find a return wich doenst disconnect the player
"you can't do stuff bla bla"
sure you can but in this case its not worth the effort except he can't copy the item because of reason xyz.
