problem in mobs and uniques skill effect

hello everybody i got problem in mobs and uniques skill effect like in pciture




and i took file skilleffect.txt from other client but it didint fix
i hope some one tell me how to fix it and where exactly

check skilldataenc

Check skilleffect.txt, instead of skilldata_#####enc.txt.

Those red lines simply mean: You are completely lacking skill effects (visual effects) but have declared the first main initiation (the data of skills, animation, etc.) of it.

Only a GM can see that, it means you're missing skilleffect lines.
