Changing glow/texture

Sup.
let me hold it short:

i'd want to apply a texture to a Max + and only to that max +
i've changed my glows with some tutorials provided from epvper, i've also changed some color pattern of sun .epf and i'd found a nice looking epf which i want to use for the max. + (in my case 11) any tips of what i should look for?
I've already thrown the epf into the particle.pk2.

there is another file in that folder and you can do as you wish, i
But I couldn't do "only for that+", it works like "for +7 and higher"
maybe there's a way

The glow as in sox glow can't be changed on each + as far as I know, all u can do is change the color of each + and that's in the file I mentioned.

Isn't it possible to just add them into the itemoptionefp.txt with the desired +?

i've saw it in a server they'd got +18/19/20 same glow (red/white) and when it hits +20 it got the same glow + the "heavystorm" texture. i've looked into the file you mentioned, but the 18/19/20 line is identical. just wondering how it's possible.

Hmmm, let me try that. Is the +8 and up particle also added in there and not in the normal itemtypennumber.txt? If yes, then it's this .txt i'd need to edit.

Those efp files are just for the color stuff, yes, and about the texture, the shiny wavy stuff, you can change them. *.efp files are using *.ddj files mostly from the particles cluster (system, skills, etc).
That should be a good hint.

Though note, that you can change the color of the glow, the texture of the glow, but never being able to create new effects without the tools from Joymax. You cannot simply unattach the effect from a weapon and make it more futuristic or such.

About your heavystormy stuff, they probably used another efp file upon hitting a specific plus value. You can set em up for that purpose.
