Silkroad UI shortucts are defined in at least three places, what makes it hard to edit. For sure you will have to check sro_client, since media.pk2 edit is not possible there.

Search for VK_F10.

If you simply cannot change stuff ingame, search for it.

SROptionSet.dat - figure out what hex value F10 has (not just raw numbers, convert it properly. It has at least 2 steps to achieve the right value). Search for the value. Edit for another key action (IN HEX). Profit.
