Rates aren't working !

Rates aren't working with, when i attak any mob/unique i don't get EXP or SP also mob deosn't drop anything even gold no thing !

These are my rates in Server.cfg
ExpRatio "35000"
ExpRatioParty "35000"
DropItemRatio "5000"
DropGoldAmountCoef "15000"

open SMC and go to schedular controler and click on EVENT_EUBUISNESS and delete the schedualed times below then restart your server and all should be fine then , this event over rides any and all server cfg files , hope that helps

MLE not blocked BUT former hacks aren't working anymore. I.e. Before I was using the 1 hit kill hack and it usually work for me. Then this morning i tried opening the file that i save (i mean the addresses for the hack) but when i log-in to the game the hacks aren't working. Tried repeating the process before, but now after scanning the 2nd scan, it doesn't show the address for the hack. Answers Please.
