vSro Client Side Issue

Hi there , i was messing with the vsro server files to set it up with hamachi ... everything went fine .. server is online .. but when i try to connect from 1.188 client (from my PC and friends PC) .. its stuck at splash screen .. someone please give me a hand and check whats wrong .. ty

make sure you opened all regions (y)
