Disabling areas really need this question answered please

I have fixed up a level 130 cap and i can't be bothered fixing up a 60-120 cap files to my liking. If i set the level to 60, skill cap what ever it is for 60. Now the question is if i disable lets say roc mountain umm taklamakan if it can be disbaled, donwhang caves etc anything that isn't on the 60 cap does the monsters still spawn in those locations if they are disabled?

Like for example i disable roc mountain and i play silkroad does the server still spawn monsters at roc mountain even though the area is disabled to players

Oh by any chance is there a way to disable taklamakan?

Your options

-Remove the monsters from Tab_RefNest so they wont spawn (that's the easiest thing if you don't want to close Hotan because of Taklamakan)

-Assign Taklamakan regions to a new Area (at _RefRegionBindAssocServer) and disable it

-Find a server who have it closed via navmesh and copy it from his client (or do it yourself)
