My Father Fell in love with SRO after I introduced him into via private server circa 2012ish. He ever since has wanted his own private server on a dedicated server. For Mainly him and around 50 of his friends he has met over the years. He has gather a Budget for me too find out if It is worth having a private server (NOT FOR PROFIT). I was wondering the cost of a complete server Set-up (I also am Not a complete noobie to this I have Successfully ran a Server from my house(no web or internet access also about 50% buggy) just for my laughable attempts are trying to start a server. I am by far not an expert in messing with pk2s at all or dealing with databases I do Have a little knowledge in all areas So you Don't have to worry about me being completely lost when talking to me. I have changed costumes and glows and SoX Patterns but not much more then that.With that Being said to get where I would Like to be I would Like Know who would be the best people for the job This would be the list of requirements my Father would like to have.

*Compete Server set up + Website Setup
*Auto-Adding Silk from payment(just for his friends)
*Job Rankings
*Vsro 1.193* -Moving from 70 Cap to ~110Cap(5-7month gap)
*Euro Closed With Ability To bring them in later
(Modding so no euro stuff drops and all Europe Disabled to start)

Start With ~2m SP
Exp/Sp: 10x/x10(N-A)
SoX: x3
Gold: x5
Drop: x7
Spawn: x2
Ability to reset Character from Website
*Job Cave Coin Merchant To pay for items via Gold/Silver/Copper(Lower Level mobs in cave)
*Auto Monster Events
*A text file That has a explained list STEP BY STEP for the main commands Commands(My dad is pretty good at asking how to /loadmonster and /recalluser being is favorite) It might sound easy but he doesn't even know how to google the commands a lot harder then you think to explain to him.
*Custom Drops on Certain Mobs(Unique Coins From Uniques)
*Changing Mob Spawns in a Few Areas
*Item Mall with another Tab
*DS to 6% hp/mp increase. Damage increase is only 8%

If you could Identify your skills/and budget demands we are in no rush this is a Server for my dad a few people in the public. This is NOT FOR US TO GET RICH. He wants this as his own "game". My Father and I have played on a many Private server and Its not Fun when they close down or reset. With the money we have spent on them we should have done this a long time ago. Let me know what you can do and We might be STARTING this project sometime early next year. **PS THERE WILL PROBABLY BE MORE REQUESTS I WILL ADD THEM AS HE ASKS FOR THEM*** Also please inform me on what can and cannot be done. Well, i'm not a developer or a professional that knows any coding, I just want to comment on some of your points.

1-This would mean that people would have to work their asses off to pimp their gears at the cap they're playing, and then you just increase the cap so all their work will be wasted. Besides that people would pimp their chinese items and then euro comes in so they would have to pimp new items?

2-You could use Pandora's boxes O.O

3-I think you can find all the queries in a good GM helper, try looking .

4-It is possible. But mostly people just change for example moon in the next tier, they cba to make new items.

5-This IP/HWID limit is too large, what's the point in having it then? If the limit is 10 people could have a bot party running 24/7 and 2 more characters, this is if they don't share a the same connection, but still , 5 characters each is also insane.

Please understand this is for my father and not the public he is looking at it for himself and not others. He just wants to exchange money for his own server. He just wanted me to gather a a baseline Complete Budge before he decides to own one. This isnt for the public this mainly for a Smaller group of friends. and this arent SET commands that have to be done. He just gave me a list of what he wants then as we are discussing what is cost/effective easiest way for people to work around/with then I am sure he will work accordingly. and Everything on this list this is from HIM not me. I am just kinda would like to learn how to fiddle with some quest making. He doesn't know a thing of how the game is made or how the files work he just asks and thats where everyone here comes in and tells me/him what is possible and what is not. Like I mentioned up there I know some of these things Can't be done. But As request of my father I told him I would make sure everything he wants to do can be done and what can't be done will we work around

Just as Timlock said, vsro 193 isn't tri-job.
Only hunter/thief exists (that blue stone... system)
Also, I see you want to fix the mbot pill bug. On vsro 193 the cracked mbot will not even work.

Thief and Hunter rate is pretty easy in the new trading system but if you wanna use trijob, use vsro 188 just like the guys approve said.

lol. Keep developing on your real 274 files, just to waste your time even more, since the real advanced files did just appear.

OT: You can actually achieve those goals easily by time, if you are willing to do this by yourself. And it is definitely not worth paying anyone a bunch of bucks for it.
There are tutorials which will most likely cover 80% of your needs and requirements. The other stuff like HWID limitation, you are saying, that this is just a dream of your father, well let's believe that, and it might be more a "private private server", not actually on public domain (profit server), just for friends, AFAIK and understood, why not using the simple inbuilt IP limitation?
If you guys want the real old job system (trijob), then go for 188, advantage: has already well documented protocols about modifying the client and respective modules, and therefore easier to develop.
