if you want to success open china only server cap 130 with these files because euro ruined silkroad with buffs so we can enjoy china server pvp etc 
also you need to mention us about time you gonna open this server .

Cap 130 o.O if he wants to success ,he should open CH only cap 80-100

Seriously? You guys are seeing here the most advanced files atm, and the only thing you want is Chinese only with 80-100 cap?
A regular vSRO server should fit for this desire, but do not waste this potential on this files here. No capping, no limitations, no freaking unnecessary adjustments. Why are people so obsessed by those criteria?

Because most of them quit after 100-110 cap, sick of joymax's new model of alchemy where you have to pay $ to keep your item from destroying even at +1.That's what those files have, you can't change alchemy, you can only offer those new "elixirs" in a free way.

New job system is one of the last good things joymax accomplished, if you fail to understand that then you're really dumb.
