Vsro cant connect DB

I trying to setup a server and when i start the globalmanager i get error Cant connect DB
My cert ini. And dbconnect.asp seems to be fine i followed the guide..how to fix it?

Ok fixed it but another problem gateway server doesnt working error...maybe someobe can help via teamviewer?
