SWSRO strange problem guys -.-

hello every one....
i start the swsro launch but i dun have any START why is that? or with loader the SWSRO not get in to the id pw window but when i start the HOT SPOT SHIELD so then i got START on launch and SWSRO working why is that guys?!
PLEASE I NEED HELP I DID EVERY THING deleted the game and installed again...PLEASE HELP!! : (

HOT SPOT SHIELD- isn't that for a wifi connection if else download the newest client for the game. If that doesn't work than don't play

when i press on swsro launch i havent start button but when i open the hot spot shield i got start button but the swsro loagging like hell why i havent start button with out HHS?
i was playing normaly with out HSS but now i got this peoblem please some one help me!!

hi everyone. i got a very strange problem here and i need anybody's help to solve it cause i personally tried everything and nothing worked. First : when i open silkroad normally without loader or anything it tells me cannot connect to server c9. i thought its a normal thing and it will go away soon but it didnt for 2 days now. Ok I have this strange problem. About 1 month ago. Every time I hit skills in pvp or pvm, Every time I hit skills like 12321321321 ( 1 is skill 2 is imbue 3 is anothe skill) I get dc from the server ! like i cant use skills!!
