very strange problem!!

hi everyone. i got a very strange problem here and i need anybody's help to solve it cause i personally tried everything and nothing worked.
First : when i open silkroad normally without loader or anything it tells me cannot connect to server c9. i thought its a normal thing and it will go away soon but it didnt for 2 days now.
Second: i noticed another thing. when i tried launching with the loader it gave me $%#^@&*(9) error.
Third: The silkroad website isn't working it always gives me connection timed out.
All these problems occur at the same time and as soon as the silkroad website works again everything works. loader works. bot works and no server c9 error.
This problem happened to me before and it was fixed on its own in 3 hours but this time its been 2 days and still the same problem so i ll be extremely grateful if someone could help me solve this strange problem.

ps : my internet connection is working fine i can post here i can download anything so its not an internet problem.

erm...maybe it's ure firewall ...it could be it's blocking sro.. or it's just sro itself cause ive never had this problem so i wouldn't be abble to help u with it that much..

Do you have redirect ip checked with the loader, it should be unchecked. If you agbot running with it then it should be checked
