[Request] Looking for Help with my Server!

Thats the current error when i try to start everything, and the Shardmanager Crashes after 30 secs or Something, and i dont even get my Server started because of that not even once, trying for about 2 weeks now and am really looking for Help!

Those are more likely So-Ok event declarations. Like H-A-P-P-Y, Halloween, Snowflake, etc events. They usually have no impact onto server stability. Your crashing is something else, for sure. Either dead billingserver, wrong skill chains (basic_chaincode), dupe skill IDs or item IDs, etc, wrong region declarations, and so on.
Just remember what you have changed / edited or added onto your server, disable/remove those things, rerun your shardmanager. Found the issue? Try to solve it.

The problem is, i didnt changed anything yet, dont even started the server once because i had all the time any kind of errors^^

just go into SRO_VT_SHARD table dbo._RefServerEvent and turn them all one by typing in 1 is all 4 services hit execute and restart your game server all should be well

99% of the time the descirbed situation is as mentioned by blapanda => Dead Billing Server (or not properly configured), because the other mentioned reasons usually lead to a instant crash of the *.exe (gs/shard).
