Opening new server

Make something like lvling to 120 would be easy or mid-easy and then to 140 lvl would be extremely hard where every level (or exp %) count, for example: custom weapons on every level above 120, some kind of bonuses or smth to extend gameplay ;p

Anything is possible but it is just the fact that creating a new race takes a lot of effort and in this community, it won't be as rewarding as it should be. I know people who can do it but sro community itself can't afford this kind of people and even if they do, won't be that rewarding after all.
