[Help] IIS error/Shardmanager billing dead

Hi, am back here to create my own silkroad server, but i do everything but i cant start SR_Shardmanager because billing dead errror and i dont know how i fix that , i see many topics and nothing. somebody can help me?

in this img you see the URL, thats my ipv4. but when i try to open "/test.asp", it's don't show nothing

START button > search for IIS > open it
Go to ''Directory Browsing'' > Right click at any empty place and click ''Enable''
then at the left Right click on ''Default Web Site''>Edit Binding>Change port to 8080>Close
Then at the left too Right click on you pc name and press ''Start''
Go to server.cfg and put at sr_shardmanager area like this:

    CREST_FTP_URL "ftp://ID:PW@YourIP/" 


Note: FTP is filezilla's ID and PW

Another question, will that could help me to open a public server ?, it is that using the ip 192.168.1.102 not work and do not want to use hamachi , if you want, just guide me or help just a little bit jeje

no for sure you need to have VPS or Dedicated server

Ok too bad, thanks anyway.

You know how machinemanager cannot cert with the ip? I really change in everything files and nothing, still connect with another ip :/

thanks, nice patch. Another thing, in the begining my smc work fine but now i dont know whats happening its force close when i open it

Make sure to put your ip in your SRO_VT_ACCOUNT>_PrivilegedIP
And use a correct gm account info

Change Ip in '' ServiceManager & smc_updater '' in smc folder

ahmmm nothing, i dont know what happend but i really download again everything

-Did you try reextracting smc and remodify its info?
-Which smc you are using?
-Do you have an error in GlobalManager?
-May you show me your ServiceManager and smc_updater?
Is it crashing or giving you a certain error ?

let me try something and then tell you how is going.

EDIT: its running fine now, can you help me to setup the server? any querys to run fine, fix GS, i dont know... anything

There are tutorials....I set up a server 2 days ago in few hours without any errors...
