We from the SYV Team are a compact Team of 2 Persons which try to fight against Video Scamming primarly on YouTube.

We think that everyone has the right to protect their own content from being stealed. That's why we created SYV.
A new easy & fast way to get copies deleted.

How to Join the SYV Network
- You need to have atleast 50 Subscribers on YouTube.
- You need to be generous and accept our Terms & Rules
- You need to have a YouTube account without any Copyright Claims (e.x via Spoiler)

- You are not allowed to steal footages and claim them as your own & then report the right holder for missleading footage!

How much does it cost?

SYV is a free association that tries to prevent Scamm in the Community. Everyone is able to join if you follow all the Terms in the 'How to Join' Section!

How this works
The main work will stay by us but we will need your help.
What we'll do is, we will check YouTube daily/weekly. Videos will get checked if there are stolen Footages used from our Clients.
Each video will get checked and the stolen video will get linked to you per Mail or Skype.
The clients will do the rest of the work, which is report to YouTube with small easy steps, if you are the real owner of the videos.
The videos will get deleted 100% if YouTube sees that you are the real owner!

By joining the SYV Network as client, you agree that you don't abuse any kind of the help of SYV. We legit work and search for stolen footages. At the end you are responsible to report it and ONLY if you own the recorded images. SYV is not responsible for legal dispute, misleading communication on the YouTube community guideline nor the closing of your channel by falsified submits. *We do not handle copyright issues that are made by your mistake, please be aware of that!

I still don't get these kind of threads.
You want to "protect" (like giving up already once again) videos from an online game which none of us literally (nor rightly, mentally, neither having the permission to) own... and yet some people try to enforce copyrights?

Let's take a situation into this case. I stole 10 of your videos. Whatcha gonna do? Sue me? Snitching to Joymax that someone stole a video from your isro server/x-pServer content show-off and want to track him down? Or just wanna tell the people "please remove that video, it belongs to blahblah" and people going to answer "oh my dear, yeah sure. I feel soooo guilty *insta del*"?
This is just meaningless, will never happen and shouldn't be offered after all.

No one has the privileges protecting their videos, while the base (the game) isn't in the actual hands of the creator itself and the company strictly says that every video belongs to the uploader (which as well won't ever happen. The more video uploads - no matter if individual or copied - the more it will cause more attraction to the game - free ads). This goes for every game out there. You are the player, not the developer.

Clip got stolen = deal with it.
