That's Class / Job dependend, as a Black Mage I can't move during my Spell Casttimes, whenever I do, it gets interrupted making it a hard Class to play when it comes to Mechanics (Which SRO sadly misses)

I'm not sured how the Shader Files are stored in the Client Files, yet there are some Shader Files, no clue about it.
Displacement / Parallax Mapping is mostly used for Terrain Stuff and the Texture Files seems to be in the Map.PK2 (It wouldn't look that good since those Textures are Low-Resolution)
What you can do is, use Reshade, tweak the .INI Files so you have crisper Textures, HBAO (Screen Space Ambient Occlusion), Bokeh Depth of Field and some other things like Ambient Lightning and Tonemaps.
SSAO / Depth of Field are pretty much stressing your GPU, with a old nVidia GT240 I had frigging low FPS in SRO... you can't imagine.
That's true , but textures of the terrains aren't the only problem , the problem is in the terrains' models itself as it doesn't have the displacement mapping matter
We are talking about the backbone of sro's graphic designing so if you want to make any changes you have to remake the whole thing so you can say you gonna a have a new client as there are many things still mysterious and hardcoded.
We can change textures with high quality ones as you said #Reshading but as for it's not enough i wanna do better thingy Greedy iam
What I hate in the current servers system is that they force players to bot even after they reach lv 100 and max all their skills, why? Because I join a server to have fun from the moment I reach lv 100 not to bot to get sos to have a chance to get better gears.
Solution?
A better way to get sos and the other seals which requires activity instead of botting.
